If your tv accepts 0000 firmware, then it should downgrade. If not, then means you are to late.

Hi all,
Hoping for some clever advice here. My Tv panel has cracked and hence no longer showing anything useful other than crazy lines! There are a lot of cheap H5000 sets available out there but not so many H5500 sets. Does anyone know if the Tv panel and attached boards are the same in both models? I was hoping to buy a cheap one and swap out my broken one. The H5000 looks like it has slightly bigger case but is the actual tv panel used the same in each?

We can root all E/F series even if we did yet a update of the firmware ? No need to downgrade ? I see "All ("smart"=having Smarthub) models on all firmwares are rootable".

I wanna ask under what user are running commands invoked over sdb(without enabled root )? Is it even worth to try look for vuln via sdb? I know there is root for K series but unfortunately my firmware is newer so no luck for me yet.
I'm wondering if was possible with older fw pull files from TV (K series) without root via sdb or it was fixed recently? My tv isn't allowing it even files which I've pushed in to it.

Hello I have a un75nu800d tv.
Does anybody have an idea why, when I scan for OTA channels; the tv shows channels being found, but when the scan is completed there are no channels saved, and the tv says check your connection.
I went in to mute182 power and the tuner says not detected.
I tested the coax with a 32" Samsung and 69 channel are scanned.
The 32" tv tuner is set to S_T2C, so I tried to set the tuner on the 75" to the same.
When I powerd cycled the 75" and went back to verify the tuner, it goes back to tuner not detected.

I managed to obtain 7 versions of firmware spanning from 2014 to the latest v1400.1 None of them make the hardware successfully work good enough to stop the flash/flicker when freeview hd channels change from 1080i to 1080p and vice versa.
The tv is now awaiting pick up under the sale of goods act for not being fit for purpose .We have £900 towards a new tv ,dont mind putting a bit to it and are looking around .A long drawn out process but happy with the outcome .
