55 HU9000. I replaced the main board due to red shadows at turn on. Now I have a momentary green picture at turn on. So I replaced the board again and it's doing the same thing. Is there something in the service menu I need to configure for the newer board?

Hi
my TV 65nu7100 repeat boot without picture ,only back light on then off,i disconnect main board , the back-light work ,the i tried to disconnect 2 ribbon cables from screen , TV work with sound and not turn off or repeat loop , the problem now , when connect screen "Glass" cables it turn on then off without picture and repeat this loop

i found two rest pins one for eeprom and one for winbond flash, i don't know whats winbond flash for the is label t-con before name

no luck to work again , power supply voltage ok

I am working on an bricked Samsung UE26C4000PW. TV after a manual upgrade ( flashing partition by USB in Hotel Mode hack) is bootlooping every 10 seconds. Is there a way to reflash main firmware in this situation? Can booting be stopped by a command or something else?

hello,
My name is nuno and recently i bricked my tv ue50ku6000 I have made everything in this thread but nothing works in the process I managed to completely destroy the board ic1601 connections now I have soldered the wires directly to the eeprom but same thing happens.
I make a short to gnd to sda and the smarttv boots but upside down, and nothing else works can someone please help ?

I've been beating my head against a wall all day trying to get this working. I've got my 3.5mm stereo (TRS) adapter hooked up to my laptop via DB9 cable and USB/Serial adapter. If I get into the SERVICE MENU on the TV, I can change the UART MODE to DEBUG and see the debug output but no input. If I change it to ANYTHING else, I get no input or output.

I'm trying to control this TV via RS232. Is this even possible? What the heck am I missing? I've tried setting the UART port to FANET, UART, DEBUG, nothing seems to let me send commands. Thanks for the assistance!

Hello, I have ue55d8000, firmware 1033.2 successfully installed 2 widgets - chanelinfo and samygo, with the DNS specified for installation, but they do not start because the firmware is new, I followed the instructions to roll back the firmware from this DNS as indicated on the website. But the answer came that there are no updates for you, but how can this be if the firmware t-gap8deuc 1015 is specified, and it is written that it is successfully installed, please help with explanations, thank you in advance!

[J] Support • Can't figure out how to EEPROM reset UN55J6201

I was playing around in the service menu and changed a couple things, and my J6201 started bootlooping. It would infinitely power on, get to the Samsung Smart TV logo, then power off, then do the same thing again. From a quick search, it appeared that I had to reset the EEPROM. So I cracked the back of it open and preceded to spend 4-5 hours tinkering with it. The EEPROM chip on my model is the ATMLH536 (circled in blue). Image Here's the diagram for the chip. Image
Per the wiki and other posts here, I tried connecting Vcc and SDA and turned the TV on, it kept bootlooping like normal. I also tried holding it until the display turned on and immediately removed it after, that didn't work either. When I connect Ground and SDA, the TV immediately shuts off, but when it turns on it just keeps bootlooping. I tried connecting Vcc and Ground to SCL, that also didn't do anything.

Any help? I don't want to lose my 55’ beauty, especially from such a small issue :(

Calibrate it yourself, look up Samsung checkerboard pattern. That'll be better than using someone else's values.

Hi

can some one help me out what I need to do get rs232 to work on my Samsung UA55HU7000.

I have enabled Service Menu -> Control -> SubOption -> UART Enable to ON and Service Menu -> Control -> SubOption -> USB to RS232

The tv has service port and audio out.

But Donation per Bitcoin is so complicated and really NOT EASY as it's written.
Yesterday I've tried it and I could say that's so complicated because I have to make an account, then I have to confirm who I am with my Identity Card. I have to give information about banking account and so on. This all will takecontrave side effects a lot of time and till I have Bitcoins 2 - 3 days are gone. And when I got Bitcoins I have to transfer them too. And this company has so much information about my person what I really not want.

Sorry but this process isn't easy and scares off a lot of people to Donate!!!

Therefor it would be easier if the Donation could be transferred on normal way to an banking account. Same time and I have not so many steps and not an extra Company will have all informations about me!!!
paypal is teh best way to donate .no one know about bitcoin its no risky..

I'm not sure of the series but I think it might be E, the model is T23B550.

I'm looking to downgrade the firmware to the one that has Amazon prime etc on but not sure on the exact version. Can anyone please help ?

xupnpd2 already has something built-in to transform HLS streams into something that's compatible. I couldn't get it to work as stably for all streams as the original xupnpd with hlspxd though.
