Hi, May be someone in Samygo can help me by looking at firmware revision versions.

2ndly, although its a smart tv, it cannot run skype. I have side loaded skype through local server hack but it crashes after some time. Skype is not natively found in apps section.

Is there any chance of getting the internal chess pattern to display (for those tv's that have test pattern in sm greyed out) for purpose of proper ADC calibration?

TDM -> 11. TD Debug -> 2. TDi Debug -> 14. TDsPrimeSystem

Shows the file path and checked via ftp, it is at that file path. When using 54 -> 1 displays a different pattern (full white), mode change 54 -> 64, screen blank until 54 -> 0, 55 -> 1 brings 1 khz test tone, this part works.

Hi all

Just clutching at straws a little that someone may be able to help.

I recently, unfortunately upgraded my device to the latest firmware version, I think it was released in June 2015 and am now having trouble streaming files through Mezzmo media server over DLNA.

Many files which played perfectly before now throw up a "Not supported file type" or "Invalid Video Codec" message when I try to play them. Mezzmo transcodes the files as it delivers them to the device so the codecs and file types should not be an issue, and weren't before the firmware upgrade.

I understand that more recent firmware versions try to block previous methods of downgrading etc so I'm not too hopeful about my chances but I wondered if anyone knows if I can easily downgrade the firmware? Apologies in advance as I'm not too tech minded, I tried searching this and other boards and got quite a lot of information but I get the impression that this device isn't that common and that it's never been easy to downgrade, so just hoping for the best.

If you need any more information to assist, please let me know and I'll try to provide. Thanks in advance for any help.

It's as I suspected. Being refurbished it's already updated to the latest firmware. :P On the plus side, it' played every video I've thrown at it so far. I should be able to jack in a large hard drive with all my stuff on it.

I'll try my Logitech KR400 on it next. Will these TVs work with a powered hub to connect more USB devices? It has one USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0 port.

Good Morning.

I must correct myself, i wrote its my tv but its the tv of a girlfriend, i found its easier as always to say its the tv of a girlfriend.

I spoke with her and she said she try to connect the tv in the Service menu with the Network with wireless but without success.
Her brother try the same but also without success, she looked further tv, on the next day she hear a little bit Music and looks after this more tv, after this she try to shut down the tv with the remote and left the room, after 1-2 hours she come back she notice the tv is not off and on the tv is no signal, she try again to shut down the tv with the remote with success.
On the next day... bootloop..

I have read, a bootloop can happen when updates faulty, is this correct?
In her opinion, no updates have been performed..

According the board is the tv produced 2011, the tv is secondhand and has no tracks that were already open the case.

Is the tv fixable, what can be alternative the problem?

Hi,

Is there a way we can disable screen mirroring on UA65JU7000WXXY TV?

I suspect if we can disable BT or wifi it may do the job?

Have an issue where this screen is in a public space and people are screen mirroring to it, and using a remote emulator on a phone to accept the connection?

Have looked in service menu but couldnt see anything that sounded like what I needed.

I found out that my UE40JU7000L (L=Benelux version) has no option for unicable available in the LNB-menu. Strange enough the UE40JU7000T which is the German version of the same TV does have the unicable option available. Can anyone here tell me how to circumvent this stupid software limitation?

With v2000.2 same issue and no other firmware to test but I did an ota update to v2006 and wifi 5ghz still working and plex app started working too :)
Maybe downgrading cleared some bad settings and do not forget that I changed wifi region from A to E in service menu.
