Unfortunately, I lack feedback. Anyway, on Windows PC it's easy to fake/override EDID at driver level (by cheating TV's monitor.inf). Search Google, you'll find much litterature about that...

My guess is that your EDID is well patched (if you could dump and attach one, I can confirm or not)... So, beware that you MUST use a media player with codec supporting bitstreaming and configured to do so (e.g. LAV filters or ffdshow), and TV will then offer surround output during video playback (only, not while being "on the desktop" :) ).

If still no luck, here's one ready-to-use F-MST driver patched to support DD/DTS 5.1. Go into Windows device manager, and update driver of your TV (surely "generic plug n play monitor" or something like this. If you have more than one (attached screen), check properties->details tab->Hardware ID, should be MONITOR\SAM0xxx) using that inf:

This is soo nice and one thing wich should have been in stock firmware.
Sadly i am having a problem with it.

TV:
UE46D6200 spoofed to UE46D6300 + latest Samygo in autostart

It works fine the first time, when i just had ftp'ed the files over.
But after TV restart its not working anymore.
when ever i mark a program to record the options window how many minutes to add at start/end doesn't show up anymore.

If your TV is rooted, just copy widget folder to /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user and reboot TV. App will be installed without any "security" issue.

Whatever is frame buffer, lib erase its content anyway, so you might often notice already displayed content "don't like" :)
That's why you should always use the right (=unused) FB at the right moment, depending on current OSD (if any).

You can already check new version in test area (to be released soon), it has one more non-bitmap font (FONT:0) you can size and style as much as you want. Hi to all i'm new to this forum i'm searching the rtmpgw for c series with init script in order to use it with onlieTv app.
I'm searching oscam too is there any version for arm c series? my tv doesn't have sat tuner but it's useful for dtv service too.

Can someone help? I really need to install this.

The thing is I really DO NOT understand the instructions.....the funny thing is that I work at a Data Center and I'm not a complete noob. I do not understand what should I do with the files and where to insert those codes. the instructions are not provided maybe because this is really obvious to everyone else....but me to me apparently.

Can someone help? Thank you.

[F] General • Apps from 2 regions?

How did you install the apps after being able to FTP to the TV? I am able to FTP but I couldn't install the apps from different regions.

Basically, first I changed the country to the region I need apps from, installed the apps and then connected vis ftp and coppied the folders containing the apps data from /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/normal.

After this, I changed the country again and I coppied the folders back to the TV in the following location as seen on another website: /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user. I had to create the "user" folder because it was missing. I was even logged as developer but the apps never showed up, not even restarting. I started from scratch after a factory default but nothing changed.

Acu ideas what I did wrong. Can you or someone else please share the corect approach?

Try the last of test version the OnlineTVChanList app.
I do not have free time for a detailed description and development the app (maybe in August :) ).
Short description:
    1. Put your the channel list *.scm file to in\CHlist.
    2. Put your TVlist.xml file (if your have) to in\TVlist.
    3. Put your WebGrab++.config.xml and provider *.ini and *.xml files (if your have) to ini\wgp.
    4. Run the OnlineTVCHanList.exe app.
    5. Add your OnlineTV channel sources.
    6. Generate files click Menu->File->Save all files->Yes on message box.
    7. Send via FTP TVlist.xml file from out directory to OnlineTV directory on your TV.
    8. Send new channel list *.scm file from out directory to your TV.
    9. Restart TV and done :) .
    10. Or update WebGrab++.config.xml file on WebGrab++.

Hey guys I am stuck and hoping someone can point me in right direction to get rid of Cinavia and be able to watch down loaded movies off my memory stick. i did not have this problem until today.

Firmware has to be T-MST and NOT T-GFS(at least for now) and you have to be able to disable OTN Support!!! Also it's best to have firmware version that allows current rooting method :)
