I was able to DOWNGRADE my UE65HU8200, T-GFP8DEUC from 2410.0 to 0000 and than to 2150.9 (the last fw version which works for Skype Refueled method).

Unfortunately it didn't go through. I got the following messages.
Please help me what am I doing wrong? :(

Hello,
I had a similar issue, noway to solve it.
My advice: set a nfs server, instead of the samba server, and mount it on the tv with the only mount option -nolock. It works flawlessly

Hi guys,

My tv has this version firmware and smart hub and network not working.. i understand its a common problem with 2023 firmware..

Please help me to downgrade and its possible and make smarthub working.. and root it..

I have 0000 software and for few minutes after install it, network works, and the smarthub start installing, upgrading and all return to not working..

Please attache a firmware software that support root and smarthub, network.. , i also want Oscam..

Wihtout network i can connect to downgrade severs also..

I have T-GFP8DEUC v 2150.9. Installator goes through without any error (everywhere YES, OK), but no telnet or ftp access.

Hi guys,

Im having a hard time to find how to install the Facebook app on my samsung smarthub, the app isn't listed and I cant seem to find how to install it on this forum, do I need to update firmware or root my tv or is it possible to install this without doing this?

Hello guys sorry for up this old theme, but i have the same problem with my ps50c430a1w tv.
i have updated firmware T-TDT5DEUC_1024.1 and my tv screen started redish.
i havent alternative firmware.
i have 2 questions:
1 is that posssible to hack this firmware and downgrade firmware?
2 If it possible, can some one make me a guide (or share with files) how to do it?.

Hello, I am attempting to repair my broken Samsung TV: model no. UN32H6350AF. When I plug in the power, it constantly does a boot loop with the only message it says is to go into service mode and modify the Type, Local Set, Front Color Option. I followed this previous question, viewtopic.php?t=10597, and was able to enter the service menu using the mute+1+8+2+power method; however, once I enter the service menu I can't go up or down or press ok using my remote to change any of the settings that I need to change. This may be due to the fact that I am using a universal remote (https://www.amazon.com/Universal-Remote ... 159&sr=1-3) instead of the remote for this TV; however, I know this remote works at least a little bit since it allows me to do the mute+1+8+2+power method.

Does anybody have any suggestions? I am able to generate custom IR codes, so if anybody has hex IR codes for the Up, Down, and OK buttons that you think I should try I would be able to do that. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I also checked with another firmware, consisting of only 0xFF, with it the TV starts up and offers to manually restore everything in the service menu.
do you mean EEPROM content "consisting of only 0xFF" will make the TV to offer the option of restore everything in service menu?

I am not convinced of that. I tried several different mainboards switch between by plasmas F8500 size 51 and 60.

I have tried to reset the EEPROM, copy the EEPROM and still not solve it.

We recently had a thunderstorm. When lightning struck nearby my TV turned off. After restarting, it went into a boot loop. It turns on, the logos displays, the smart bar at the bottom displays and I can get into the menu. However after a few seconds, the TV shuts off (you can hear a click when it shuts off). It then restarts and does the same thing, over and over. My video of what is happening here: My Samsung TV Bootlopp

I have tried resetting by unplugging and holding down the power button. I have tried resetting to factory settings, but it doesn't stay on long enough for me to make it to that part of the menu. I have tried resetting with EEPROM method, but no luck ( I think I'm doing it right).

Someone suggested to me the main board should be replaced as there seemed to be no issue with the power board. So I ordered one and replaced it, but I have the same issue, with even less screen time on. I also tried getting into the service menu, but it doesn't give me enough time to do a reset.

I'm not sure what else to try. Please let me know if anything comes to mind as a solution.

Hello! I have the same TV (UN40C5000QMCDF chasis N98C) with the same problem. Just changed DTV option from Peru to Argentina and never turned on again, stand by LED blinks 6 times and goes off in a few seconds and then loops forever. I've tried shorting pin 5 and 6 from IC401 (main EEPROM) and IC 402 (subEEPROM) but nothing happens (it just doesn't blink 6 times when POWER ON).

I've disconnected pin 4 (BL_ON) and now backlight goes on when powering on but no image or whatsoever, start melody was disables so no sound either.

If there is anything else to do or someone has successfully got over this, please comment!

Hello from Germany,

we having since 2017 this QE55Q7FGMTXZG and it is a nice pice. But in the last weeks it give us some trouble.

It is starting with screen flickering, the the screen go´s black but the sound stays and after a few seconds the sound is also gone. Then the TV starts a reboot, shows me the QLED logo, go´s black again, shows me the Logo and so on. I have to remove the Power cord and after a day or two, the TV works again for around a hour or two and starting then again with the problems.

I found a few pages with suggestions and i tried disconnecting everything and plug back in one by one. No help. I reset to the basic, no help. No i will try the EEPROM reset and freezing the NAND. But thats a problem. I cant find the sugested Pins´ or the NAND chip on the Motherboard.

Can anyone point them out for me? I made some HQ pictures.

Hello, any chance to root the lastest firmware 1242? Samsung destroy my tv (KS9500) with this update, the good blacks now are grayish and blooming image, the transition of this new local dimming is slow at glance.
Just read my footnote. I NEVER support "latest fw" until it becomes "old fw". Block updates and wait, only hope...
