I dont know, if the following happens because of libSoftPowerOff, but sometimes my TV just wakes up (sometimes in the middle of the night) with volume muted. I cant say when this happens. I would say one time in 3 days, but its not predictable.

Any one else?

I have KS7000 on FW 1165.

I've been searching and digging into all around this forum since days and hours here.. It seems, seriously, A LOT OF people who have Samsung J serie TVs, need downgrade&oscam.. Sadly, no solution at all, it seems.. Would anyone be a solution to all of us here?

I'm willing to pay/donate here to find a solution to have oscam installed in my TV:
Samsung UE40J6270
Firmware: T-HKMFDEUC-1530.1

Yes, I blocked the updates..but it seems I'm too late..*sighs.

Haven't update my TV since I bought it. My current firmware is 2180 ver Date: 21/1/2013. I saw on website there is a new firmware ver 2890.2 Date: 2018-04-23.

So should I upgrade firmware ? My TV will be better or worse ? Please answer me. Thank You ! :D

My friend has been the owner of this TV for just a few months, bought it in Spain, brought it to Africa.

Worked fine for a while but it seems now it's stuck in a boot loop, keeps restarting, message "please check tv1" briefly appears and then it switches off and the cycle continues.

I tried to download the latest official firmware and install it on a usb flashdrive hoping the tv would boot from the usb but no such luck.

Now wondering if I could access the service menu, but this is the new style of remote without buttons. Should I try to source an older remote with buttons and try it?

Any other ideas?

I have a Ue55Js8500 curved, and in its history have had a few repairs. The final repair I still wasn't happy with and had insurance payout for it.

The issue is an outline box around the screen about 2-3 inch in from the edge. It shows up in various sources and in light faint colours.

I've had a look online and some people have said it's the Lcd panel (would be unfortunate as it's had 4 in the repair process) some have said it's the blocking material behind the glass ( I'm a little be scared of tearing down but if need be, it maybe where the lights sit might need tape or the diffusion layer needs blocking?) and it could be the tcon board firing up the lights wrong.

The screen has also been blank screening when first turns on (sound and menu still works but the screen goes blank of what ever picture is on) so maybe in my thoughts a main / av board is to blame ?

Or could the issue be the famous led/colour banding, I tried to replicate it seen in the attached pictures

Hello. I have problem with rooting.
My TV is H6410 T-MST. FW = 2781.
Root works only once. After reboot tv, it not works.

How don't reset root?
Hello. I have the same problem with the same hardware with rooting.

TV is H6410 T-MST. FW = 2781.

Root works only once. After run InstallSamyGO-H and first reboot.

After second and other reboots - root isn't work. No ping on 3123,21 ports.

Tv needs new run InstallSamyGO-H and reboot, then is ok.

The logs and screens are the same like qtuzoff. Except sam.log.

Is there any way I can troubleshoot this issue?

TV connected via WiFi to the router. IP obtains via DHCP.

Hello,

i have the same Problem as "PrinzEugen".
I have an Samsung ES7090 with 2009 Firmware. Because of Problems with the connect over sftp to my tv i choose to install samygo again.
For this, i read an howto where it says, that i Need to reset the smarthub.
Ok, i reset it and do all parts that are equal to the parts in the howto from this thread.

For now, i also see no SamyGo Icon in SmartHub.

The SmartHub is also not able to connect to Internet. Completly Nothing is working in SmartHub. I diasbled all filter in my FritzBox Router, but Nothing worked.

I´ve read About a Problem with my resetted SmartHub that for now the smarthub Version is to old to make an Internet Connection?!


What can i do, to become SamyGo back to my TV with sftp Access?!



Suddenly today i got message that i have no internet connection, i have removed usb with samygo, tried with tv rebooting, changing ip settings and ports and network cables but problem still persist. any solution, maybe firmware update ?
Also tried manually and automatic ip address but nothing.

Hi,

I have a problem with tv switching source of amplituner. Sat receiver is connected to an amplituner and amp is connected into HDMI 3 (ARC) in my UE55F7000. Now, when I power on, all devices are switched on in last source used, in particular CBL/SAT on amp and HDMI 3 on TV, picture and sound shows up and for a few seconds all its OK but after a short while TV is sending a signal to change source on amp, so it changes it's source to TV and both sound and picture are gone. I have to select TV on TV remote and back to HDMI3 to start watching.

I am writing that this is a TV problem because if I switch ANynet+ off in TV menu it all works normal, except I cannot use only one remote controller to change source on both TV and amp anymore.

I need to change the local set from france to spain, I have downloaded the IR SERVICE REMOTE remote control (see photo) on a LG g4 phone, now that I have to do with that command and entering the hidden menu I give S3 and I can change the region?, e seen in the forum that you need some code to enter the menu but I do not see noo find anything, if you have to configure the remote, how is it done?, can you help please, thank you very much, for your help :?: https://postimg.cc/47p4prS1

Awesome project, rooted my tv for this reason! Is it possible to set the tv to a specific volume as well? I saw that libLogChannel provides the current volume, but of course there is no "set volume to x" key on the remote...
