Hi there
A big question for you :D
My UE55HU6900 (Fw. T-NT14UDEUC-1160.2) has the autoticker non active and Samsung told me this tv model can't have it active.
I don't think so ma I don't know how.
Could you help me? :roll:

1. First, you need special version with D series enabled.
libFWdowngrade_Darm.zip
Copy this lib to /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/libso/ and overwrite the one you already have.

2. Second, you need shell... Let`s try to sort out what`s wrong...

Can you connect to webshell maybe?

3. Do you have SamyGO widget aboard? You have to install it via our server`s DNS address to install widget using develop account?

Yes, i have attached an USB drive.
But it only asked me if there is music photo or film on it.
No question about formating.
Tried it with 32GB USB Stick, and 2TB Harddisk.

I give up the firmware, I would just put applications on SMARTHUB via Usb, how to proceed? in the tv menu, the applications are very limited, I can not connect a samsung account

BluRay Players • Samsung BD-E100 UX - Sky Q mini remote opening disc tray

Hi

Hoping someone can help me.

Situation is this.

Samsung BD-E100 UX Blu Ray player. Running latest FW 1067. The Sky Q mini remote (not the bluetooth one) is erroneously opening the blu ray disc tray. e.g. You are watching sky, press the sky button on the sky remote, then press the "up" button and this will open the Blu Ray disc draw! Press it again and it will close. This simply shouldn't be happening.

This is what I have done so far:
1. I contacted Samsung support chat and explained the issue. They said they would send specific firmware out in the post to resolve.
2. Letter turned up but no USB key inside (envelope was ripped).
3. Contact Samsung again and they said they would send it out again.
4. USB key arrived - I unzipped it and put it in the source file of the USB.
5. The BluRay player doesn't accept this. It says "No file available to upgrade. Please check it and try again".
6. I contacted Samsung again, they said:
a) Samsung are working on new firmware - I don't believe this as this was raised in March 2016 and still not resolved.
b) The USB they sent me doesn't work because the it is 1067.1 and my player is already running 1067 so it thinks it is the same - therefore disregards it.
7. Worth mentioning I have already tried different Sky Q mini remote 'samsung codes' to try and find a combo that doesn't interfere with the BR player. (14 different ones to be precise) - none resolve this.
8. Some people are suggesting (from the link above) - that 1065 resolves this - If I can get access to this then it might be possible but I believe the current player will see it as a historical file and therefore disregard it.
9. I have considered putting some black tape over the IR on the BR player!
10. I have also disconnected all HDMI control and AnyNet+ (as activating the disc tray then redirects the source from TV from Sky to BR)

Does anybody know of any solution that can fix this?

how can i do really full factory reset to delete every files of samygo ? i trying downgrade and upgrade software, and try factory reset from service menu. there is any others method to clear ? i try everything and i cant root my h6470 . thanks

I currently have a Samsung UE32H6200 with the latest firmware (2880).

However, I found the firmware 0000 and a firmware 2750.3 (or an even older FW 2130).

Install the firmware 0000 and then the 2750.3. Once I'm on 2750.3 and I turned off OTA and OTN via the secret menu, can I root on my TV?

I wonder if the Smart Remote can be used as a general purpose input on other devices over bluetooth.

The problem is - on other system the remote doesn't always show up as discoverable, and when it does I was unable to pair with it. I was thinking of spoofing my TV (broadcasting the same name from my PC), so that the remote would try to pair...

When the remote is shown it does expose a HID profile (though I was unable to connect to it)...

My goal is to turn it into a mouse - ideally to be used with an android device...

Any ideas of success/failure stories about this?

Hey guys, i'm new to the forum and have been trying to troubleshoot this problem for years.
I own a UAD55D7000 and all of a sudden a year ago a dark area appeared in the centre of the screen and the right side was ghosting, is there any way I can fix this through the config settings (Info>Menu>Mute>On), some other way, maybe through a downgrade or is this a hardware issue.
When I switch on the TV the SMART logo looks fine, this is why i'm suspecting a software issue.
Please excuse my noobness.

DTS (experimental) - Allow both AC3 and DTS to passthrough. In this mode, TV will always show all SPDIF output modes "available" on all sources (even if they're not). If HDMI source outputs DTS, selecting DD or DTS should switch to passthrough even if TV reports PCM.

Can't get DTS function working. I don't want DTS, but I want DD to be available on all sources, even if they are not. its a shame, because AUTO works great. I've tried LibeFakeEDID too, but no luck. viewtopic.php?f=63&t=8842&sid=9136a2f42 ... 8a00917564

[F] Support • Amazon App hanging and workaround, any better solutions?

Hey guys,
after giving up the HDD recording function of my tv and using a dreambox (best decision ever)
I still like to use the amazon instant video app.

Problem is, the app freezes on every start.
I found a workaround which is to do the following:
1. Turn on tv an wait for the software update menu option to be available (After start its greyed out for approx 1 min)
2. Click on the software update menu option (nothing happens as I have disabled OTN Support anyways)
3. Wait another 30 seconds and amazon app starts without problems :)

TV Model: UE40F6470, Software Version 2126. I tried SamyGo once, but it couldnt fix problems with hdd recording so I'm just using standard firmware at the moment.
Any ideas why clicking on the software update option fixes freezing of the app?
And maybe there is a faster / automated solution so I won't have to do this on every start?
