Hi man. I think can be a problem compatibility with your usb stick, try other usb stick (4GB formatted in FAT32). I has the same problem with a usb stick 8GB Kingston, but I solved changing for other with 4GB, then first open "More Apps" without stick plugged, then after plug usb to install SamyGO for root. But I don't know why this, maybe speed of read or wrong formatted.
PS: I don't know, but I think your firmware version is high and no rootable by install SamyGO. Developers' can help?

I take this discussion to ask a question. Last night I tried to watch a movie that I downloaded from the Internet and saved on my stick. When I select (via television) to the folder where the movie, nothing happens, and brings me back to the folder "parent folder". This means that I will have to convert the video? tell me the codec, resolution and audio that I have to convert in order to play the video.

[D] Support • 40 d 5003 how to make it work the controls panel tv ?
II know this is an old post but I have the exact same problem. I changed to D5800 and now the front panel won't work anymore. I've even reverted back to D5003. If I got my hands on a phone with an IR blaster would that work to send factory and 3speed? I use this tv as my PC monitor and it's handy to be able to power it on with the panel instead of looking for the remote which I have no choice but to do until I fix it.

General • Factory+3speed needed. Xperia Tablet Z able?
Hi. I have an Xperia Tablet Z and a Samsung UE22D5003BW TV. I need to get into the extended service menu to fix the front panel touchpad on the TV. Changing the TV from D5003 to D5800 made it stop working, I've changed it back but after googling about it turns out I need the 3speed command. Is this possible on an Xperia Tablet Z which has an IR blaster?
The stock remote control app has like 83 configurations of button layouts and I don't think any will have the command. I've tried the universal remote app and it tells me I have no IR blaster even though I do. Any idea what I can do next?

Hi all
I would like to share with you simple application for ambient lightning of TV (tested on LE46B650)
App works with TV channels, DLNA and files from usb drives. It cannot handle dynamic scenes smoothly but for normal TV shows it is enought.
To build it you need ESP8266 that is connected to the same network as TV, +-4m individually addressable led strip and powersupply.
In config file of ambi app update ip-addres of ESP8266, number of leds and its port. Green button on remote turns on abmi and yellow turns it off.
Hope that someone finds it usefull.

I didn't want to start a new forum thread because we're making some tests only.
Here you can download a new version of PVR+ with many changes made this month:
DOWNLOAD PVR+ 4.2
It is not the final version because there are still many TODO's in my list. So there was no reason to publish source code at the moment. Video filters and postprocessing modules are still compatible with this version of PVR+.
I hope you will be able to run it without serious problems. Please test it, send your comments and let me improve it as I can. Your feedback is very important. I can't test everything by myself.
