Hello,
i have a samsung UE50MU6102k.
this tv is for the eastern european market while i am in italy. I cannot see the on demand channels of the Italian networks. Samsung says it's not possible because my TV is not for the Italian market. I entered the service menu but I only find the region option which is already set on PANEURO but I can't find the set local option where I should select Italy. how do i set up my tv for my region?

I have a UN55D7050 which I unfortunately upgraded to T-GAPAKUC 1030. I installed SamyGo, but it exits on running and no ftp is enabled. I tried the downgrade service, but it said my connection wasn't reliable. Is there a USB downgrade available or some other possibility to enable SamyGo?

i've been reading for a couple of days now, but I cant find a clearly walkthrough guide on what to download or from where to download, to update my TV with this firmware :( , can you help please, I wento to engeneering menu to deactivate automatic updates, but that's as far as Ive gone, I got 2004 vrsion, and theres a new one 2006 but I didnt installed. thanks !!

Greetings.
A friend bought a ue55tu7172 but since it's not for the italian market it doesn't have the "tivusat" support (menu and/or LCN feature for satellite) for tuning the italian tv from satellite.
So I found out that the same tv is sold for the italian market as the ue55tu7170, and it's officially supported by "tivusat".
I found that it's the same identical model since I downloaded the latest firmware upgrade and it's the same file (also compared with "Merge" on Windows)!
I tried to search on the service menu but I didn't find any clue, so I left it untouched.
Please help me, thanks!

Does anyone have access to this and could make it available, or know where I can get it? Samsung only has 4.0b+ on their site and it no longer includes the JS Debugger for the D series emulator. Any help on getting this would be greatly appreciated.

I confirm that this procedure works on tv ue50mu6102K.
I used a homemade cable with 2 ir leds from an old surveillance camera to send the ir codes and played the wav files with a laptop.
if you have a smart remote control , remember that once the TV has been reset, the remote control must be pared. I say this because after the reset the remote control turns on and off the TV (so it seems that the paring has not been reset) but all the other keys do not work and the remote control LED flashes.
you must make a paring as indicated in the remote control battery compartment and everything will work.

There was no need to update hbbTV was not working because the local set was not right. I changed the local set with the procedure found in this forum and now everything works

Hello

After going in to my Samsung Smart TV UA48JU6000KXZN service menu and changing Region & Tuner my TV is stuck and remote buttons are not doing anything except for power button.
if i press power on remote TV turns on and all LED is working and i can see picture on screen of the Smart Hub Terms & Conditions because thats where i was last at before i change those settings at service menu but can't do anything else because all remote buttons do nothing on screen.
if i try Info + Menu + Mute + Power then something else happens, TV turns on and i can see back LEDS are on from the back of the TV because i toke the back cover off and front TV screen has little light to it but feels like it is off except it is not, so completely dark black screen but with little light to it from the LED on the back of the screen and thats it.
i think my only option here to fix it is the EEPROM reset and so far i have tried myself to do that but was unsuccessfully, mostly cos i have no idea which one is the EEPROM chip and tried couple of the chips on the main board but nothing happened.
i have attached high quality images the best i can do for each individual 8 pin chip on the main board and made sure the numbers on each chip are clear to read, you just might have to zoom in a bit, can anyone please confirm which is the EEPROM chip on my main board.

if EEPROM reset using a wire wasn't successful then my next option is to go to a tech expert with the EEPROM bin file and he can remove the EEPROM and put the bin file on it and then put the EEPROM back in main board and that should work right?!
please share your wisdom about this and i will be very grateful for all the help i can get and as promised i will make a donation if my TV is fixed.

I have a TV here where I can't use the touch panel on the tv nore the remote. It is locked probably because I bought it from a doctor who used it a his office.

Now I have red on allot of sites that you can unbrick it by connecting 2 contacts of the eeprom chip. Now the problem is I couldn't find anywhere on the net where this eeprom is situated on my board.

The mainboard is BN41-02001(C?)

It loos very much identical to this one.

I have solved this by formating my USB disc (FAT32) and copy the SammyGo files to this drive.

When I connect it to my TV, all apps start downloading!
Can you elaborate This ? I Am getting mad with this issue.

I have installed version 0.4.0 and hangs on loading for a while then it says “no white raven server can be found on the local network”. Did I miss something during the installation?
