Hello...Have a UE40J5200AKXZT but I don't know the firmware because the screen is black - would like to downgrade if possible to solve the problem and review the TV.
Could anyone recommend or advise if this is possible....thank you.

but i stuck on inject part when i inject code samyGOso -A -B -l /tmp/libBTHP.so i got

Hello i just bought a Samsung TV UE70RU7092 and i notice that there isn't a option to record programs.
I managed to access Service Menu, my Local Set is EU, and in MRT Option i turned ON Extended PVR but every time it comes back to OFF.
Is there a chance i missing a step? Because i can not imagine a tv set around 1000 euros can't handle a simple recording function.

Hi everyone,

Few days ago, my TV (SAMSUNG 48-inch LED UA48H6300AKXXV) had an issue (now I know that is because a LED inside was failed), I went into Service menu, did run test something (I followed google suggestion about test screen, pixel, bla bla).
But I had no idea what I changed. Then the color when watching analog channel was terrible - it's so dark, a lot of dark and red. Watching other apps like youtube, or even if DTV channels (HD channels), the color was good as usual. I can not watch HD channels because there is no sound on these ones.

I was trying to change panel type, front color, tuner. because I guessed these things has been changed. But it has not worked.
I am not sure if above things is correct now.

Anyone knows the default of panel type, front color, tuner,... Please help me, share it to me.
Or if you know why and what cause that issue, tell me as well.

Maybe broken USB, yes possible but you would have to do it yourself :)
I have not usb installed, also before/during/after sat channel search.
Which log file could i try to read? Where is located?

Hi
i have a small question about the libScreenShot library. In the function

CODE: 

hCTX.SdDisplay_CaptureScreenE(CDSize, tmpBuffer, CaptureInfo);
in ScreenShot.c one can define the Size of the captured image (with CDSize). As I understood from here the maximum native capture resolution is 960x540 pixels.
If i want to capture let say image with resolution of 83x48 only, what image will i get. An internally downsampled image or just a part of the original 960x540 one?
Hope someone can clarify this for me.

Good Morning, I have a problemi with this TV , i repair 5 led damaged ,now all led is on, but the eeprom is on bootloop.
I tried to reset the 24c512 (ic901) by shorting pins 5 and 8, without result.
Can you help me please.

Hi Guys

Maybe is an old topic, but I really cannot find some info about that.
It's about screen mirroring to phone. My 75KS8000 is connected to internet via cable, but sometimes I want to cast a tv screen to the phone (samsung galaxy note 9) via SmartView. It's working on WiFi Direct when tv is on cable.
The issue is, that has have a very low range. It's playing well when I'm a few meters from the tv, but when I move the phone more than 5-7 meters from the tv, it's starting to loose a signal. Smartview function is quite useless when I cannot fx. go to toilet which is located 8 meters away from the tv and behind 2 walls.
Has anyone else that kind of issue? Anyone knows where WiFi antennas is located in tv, are they inside the screen panel or in the connection box?
At least your TV connected to your phone for casting from your phone. My TV, I don't know what happened, it used to cast perfectly whenevr I connected the casting with my Samsung Galaxy phone but, one day I connected my wife's Mi phone with my TV for casting and after that my TV has stopped getting connected with both Samsung Galaxy as well as Mi phones. It is just not screen casting now. It says, "Device available for casting" and when I press connect, it tries to connect but within a few seconds it says, "unable to connect".

can anyone supply me with service manual or settings for UN32J4500 / UN32J4500AF i am needing to figure out how to calibrate i had some a$$h0le behind my back go into the service menu and whatever he did messed up my colour. i have tried to factory reset it but it did not fix it at all.

Hi,
The TV won't turn on, and the standby power led is off.
My TV model is UE43KU7500UXSQ.
I tried replacing PSU, Model: L40E6_KSM (BN44-00875A), But it didn't Help.
When I disconnect power cord from the main board and power up the TV I get back light so the only thing left is the main board.
The main board model is BN94-10783C, but I cant find this part anywhere.
Any suggestion about how can I find out what's wrong with the board, or find a proper replacement?
Is there any generic model that can work with my TV? (BN94-10783A/B maybe?)
Or even an official Samsung support where I can ask those questions?

Hello,
I had a similar problem, that my image had a color cast (on all input sources).
So i wrote a short guide how I solved it.

# Fixing color cast
Problem: Picture has a strong color cast for all input sources.

## Prerequisites
- Access to the service menu.

## Fix color
1. Open service menu.
2. Navigate to ADC/WB > ADC result.
3. Take a picture (or note down the current values).
4. Look for striking values (like 255 in the example) in a group.
