[D] Support • Can't get Netflix or YouTube on UE55D6100

Hi there folks,

First time around here and also first time dealing with so called Smart TVs lol.

I've been trying to get Netflix as well as YouTube, maybe, to run on my UE55D6100 with firmware T-GAS6DEUC-1028.0 but with no avail; I also tried to fiddle around with Smart Hub localization (changed it to USA but nothing) but the only thing I managed is to have the Netflix application installed but incapable of actually running: keeps on "Connecting" and stays there for as long as I wish it to.

Can you please help me out since this damn thing is driving me insane?

Hi all
Hope someome can help me...i m trying to activate the bluetooth option so to connect speakers.
I accessed the service menu but...it is very light and i don t see BT AUDIO ON OFF...

Anyone with the same serie who managed to activate the bluetooth? Thanks !

Hi Guys

My current version of the firmware is 1024.0.

Is it possible to downgrade this version to the previous one?

I had a system crash (power loss). Since then I don't have a HDMI signal. The tone is still working. I think the firmware is corrupt now.

Maybe a downgrade and a reinstall to the version 1024.0 again will solve the problem.

Please let me know. Thanks!

[F] Support • I hit the sub micom upgrade in my ua40f5500 but I didn't reboot yet

Hi .by mistake ( later discovered it was mistake ) I hit the sub micom upgrade in the service menu.
I didn't remove the power or switch it off yet.
It was stuck in the upgrading for some time.
Suddenly its gone and exit the service menu and the tv is working and smart hub is working.
Until now I didn't switch it off or removed the power plug
But iam still afraid 😨 what will happen after turning it off or power loss
Any thing I can do before losing the tv
Any help is deeply appreciated.

successfully rooted!
Model UE40H6240 on firmware 2602.2
The only strange thing is that now in both normal and service menu it says is 48"! (Model Code UE48H6240)
Unfortunately the panel didn't really grow to 48"... sigh

Until now, I have only been able to enable the PVR function in the menu, but when I try to record at TV show, i get's 'a USB device are not available' - I have tried serverals things;
1) Enabling Extended PVR'
2) Change firmware version to NU7400
3) Tried different regions EU_UK, HKG

But always the same result, I won't accept the UBS device
Can you share or post a link on how to change firmware to NU7400?

So a while back I was changing the region through the setup using the remote code. I cant remember what region I switched to but it upgraded my firmware to 9999. Has anyone seen this before and what does it mean?

Hello guys,
My Samsung UE55KU6179U does not turn on. When I plug it in the outlet, the Standby LED shortly blinks and the TV tries to start. The backlight stays off, but with a flashlight I can see, that the SMART TV logo is shown very shortly on the screen. Then the TV shuts down and tries to start again.

I already tried the EEPROM reset by shorting I2C data signals to ground. When I did this, the standby LED stopped blinking. It seemed that the TV even responded to the remote. But there was still no picture.
I also checked the backlight LEDs, they are all fine.

Do you have any idea? The Mainboard model is: BN41-02528A

Is there any UART port for boot diagnose?

Hi,

I find out that the only way to access the service menu was using the src app (see link below) installed on a LG g3. I now have pvr enabled, thanks to you!

Hi, the link in the homepage is not working.

Anyway I'm again back to you since I found one issue and I'm not sure if it is related to the change I made for pvr.

I realize only now that the image is somehow cutted on the borders. I've tried all possible settings from the standard menu but there is no way to have it right.

Could it be that changin from paneuro to panordig introduce this problem? Right now I don't have the g3 to change back the settings, I'll let you know if this is the cause...

Hoping people can help me out.

I own a UA50F6400 up at my parent's place and I've never been happy with it since the most recent firmware update. Not only was the smart TV functionality constantly giving me an error message that it was updating for a minute after I turned it on, but youtube playback was starting to buffer like mad on high speed broadband, when it wasn't on my other Android devices using the same wifi network.

I was hoping to roll it back to a previous firmware option, when I came across the ability to access the Service Menu by pressing Info+Menu+Mute+Power.

When I noticed a diagnostic option, I ran it, but after several minutes, when it was hanging on 0%, I decided to turn off the power in an effort to give it a soft reset. Being a simple diagnostic, I wasn't expecting it to actually affect system settings.

However when I turned it back on, the screen was both flipped and inverted and the following error message was displayed in a window:
Please go into service mode and setup below
options.
-Type,Local Set, Front Colour Option

(Reading that wasn't easy)

Firstly, can anyone guide me through the correct settings for these options and exactly which sub menus to find them in?

Secondly, does anyone know how to roll back the firmware to the version prior to when the software update took place?

Hi all,

I'm looking for information as to which Samsung models have a dual / twin satellite tuners built in (I have a satellite dish that can pick both 28.2e and 19.2e signals).

I know that the F7000 and the H7000 models have both two satellite tuners built-in, but do any of the more recent models have this facility as well?

Hi,
I was exploring the service menu settings (huge mistake) and accidentally changed a config_av_path value and now the scart input doesn´t show any signal. Is there any way to set the settings to default or anybody that has the default values for this model? Please, I need every setting, but especially the config_av_path
