Hello everyone!

I have a trouble with my smartv:

i can't change region when i start the configuration... i see only Spain and Portugal.. not italy... i search a lot on google and i can't found anything..

i tried with the service menu procedure with tv off and INFO MENU MUTE POWER but i don't see in option Local Set voice...


anyone can help me?

Hi,

I wanted to have Netflix on my Samsung TV but ended up with the mess in the Service menu so TV was not unbale to boot now i am able to to get the service menu as per instructions at the link below

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a weird bug that I think relates to the TV's power state (I have a H6400, 2602 firmware).

If the TV starts and displays the SmartHub logo (on startup) then both my remotes work (bluetooth and ir). If the TV starts without displaying the logo, then my bluetooth remote mostly doesn't work. Note that "doesn't work" means that I can't change volume or channels through the bluetooth remote, but I can turn on/off the TV through the same remote (weird?).

I'm guessing that the logo being displayed indicates a cold boot of the TV? And the logo not being displayed indicates a wake up from sleep?

If this is the case, can I force the TV to always do a cold boot on startup? If yes, where would I need to look?
Did anybody else notice anything funny with the bluetooth remote?

Again I have to apologise for my slow response times, summer suddenly delivered a few weeks of great weather which reduced my interest in trying to fix my TV for a while. :)

Anyway, I have now tried to upgrade to the version from the wiki as suggested and unfortunately it seems that the TV is just too messed up to even allow me to try. I do get it to pop up the media play/software upgrade dialog when I enter a USB stick, but I'm then unable to select anything and if I just hit enter the TV will reboot. Same problem when messing around in the menus trying to get an upgrade started, will just reboot after a bit.

Do you think getting a new main board will fix my issues? Would there be any problems getting a new main board configured if I get one with the exact same model as I currently have?

I mean you have 50/60Hz panel whereas 100/120Hz is needed. So yes, "it's hardware", even main part of TV :)

Hi everyone!

I am new here and just started reading the topics related to may problem but there happens to be too much information on the subject and I am getting really confused...

First about my problem:
I have the BD-6500 player and it was playing quite good until the 1065 firmware upgrade. I never tried rooting or hacking in any way the player and left it every time to upgrade itself but this time I am really sorry I did the upgrade.
Now after 1065 the player reacts much slower and stopped playing some 3D blu-ray discs. I was hoping to have the problem fixed with the new 1066 firmware but it got even worst after 1066.
Now it still does not play 3D blu-ray discs giving the message that the disc can not be played and I have to clean it and so on...
Moreover, now it is really slow and started to stuck (stop randomly and misfit picture and audio) on almost all movies I play from the USB port.
I really want to downgrade the firmware to an earlier and more stable version.
I found a topic about setting the DNS to a specific address but there were several different DNS settings and I do not know which one to use.
Can someone please tell me the correct DNS settings (address) I have to set in order to try to connect to SamyGo server and downgrade my player.
And if the player is not supported by SamyGo server for downgrade could someone please let me know of any other method of fixing my problem...

Hi There,

I have one question/need for a favour - Is there any way someone with already rooted TV to access and get the app files of installed on the TV app. My need for this is for one specific application "Bulsatcom Fusion" because I need to make some reverse engineering of the app so I can create a KODI addon. If someone can make me a favour and do this for me I'll be very great full!
