[E] Support • Unlock Local_Set Option in Service Menu?

I am trying to "italianize" a UE40ES6300 from the UK. The Local_Set option in the Service Menu is greyed out.

I am using ruSamsungTVCommunicator to send the codes to the TV while in Service Mode. Basic commands work flawlessly.
I have tried running the Factory+3Speed sequence but nothing seem to happen. Options are still greyed and nothing happens on screen.

Is my Firmware too recent? (Onboot: 1003)

Am I doing something wrong?
