[H] Software • T-MST14DEUC And T-MST14DEUS

Hello Guys

I want to root my H6400 and I made downgrad to T-MST14DEUC 2130.
But my T-MST14DEUS is still in 1009.
Can anybody explain me what is T-MST14DEUS exactly and if root is possible in this version?
