[F] General • F7100 - purchased in Singapore, want to use cable in Germany

It seems that the DVB-C module is locked in Asia. I tried a couple of countries, but there is only one Tuner in the service menu, SI_CXD2842. So still only the terrestrial option, no cable.

model: UA46F7100AK

Can I flash the firmware and change it to an European model UE46F7100?
