[H] Brainstorm • Which settings for watching tennis / volleyball on HU6900 ?

If I'm so desperate to watch tennis/volleyball games on Samsung EU40HU6900S (50Hz/60Hz screen), which of the [motion] settings do you recommend?
My live terrestial/satellite transmission is interlaced (mostly 576i, or 1080i with some plays).
