[F] Hardware • Can you use Non-Samsung wifi dongle on F series

Hi, Read the WIKI on how to get a non Samsung wifi dongle working on B and C series but wondering if that also applies to the F series Smart TV. I have model UE46F5300AWXXN and just bought a D-Link DWA-160 which I'm researched has the RT2870 chipset.

Before I open this dongle I want to know if this even has a chance of working or not at all for my TV model.

Any confirmation would be appreciated.
